1. Service scope
SINO acts as a procurement and logistics service provider. We may purchase products on your behalf, receive customer-purchased products at an approved warehouse, arrange shipping, and coordinate delivery.
2. Product information and quotations
The customer is responsible for providing accurate links, images, specifications, quantities, colors, sizes, and other requirements. Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may change if a seller changes its price, stock, domestic delivery fee, exchange rate, package dimensions, or product details.
3. Payment and purchasing
Purchasing begins only after the required payment and customer confirmation are received. A product may become unavailable before purchase. In that case SINO may offer an alternative or arrange the applicable refund according to the payment method and incurred costs.
4. Customer-purchased goods and warehouse use
For shipping-only requests, the customer must use the assigned warehouse address and include the SINO request or customer reference when instructed. SINO is not responsible for unidentified parcels, incorrect addressing, seller mistakes, or delivery to a different location.
5. Restricted goods and compliance
The customer must not request prohibited, counterfeit, dangerous, controlled, or unlawfully exported or imported goods. SINO may refuse, hold, return, or report goods when required by a carrier, customs authority, or law. Related costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
6. Inspection, packaging, and consolidation
Basic warehouse checks are limited to visible package condition and the service specifically purchased. They are not a technical authentication, warranty inspection, or guarantee of product quality. Repacking, consolidation, storage, photography, and special handling may have additional charges.
7. Shipping charges, customs, and delivery estimates
Final shipping charges may be calculated from actual weight, volumetric weight, dimensions, route, product class, and carrier rules. Customs duties, taxes, inspections, storage, remote-area fees, and other destination charges are excluded unless expressly stated. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other events outside SINO’s control.
8. Tracking and status updates
Tracking and account notifications are provided for convenience. A delayed system update does not change the parcel’s physical status or the carrier’s records.
9. Cancellation, returns, and claims
Cancellation or return depends on the seller, carrier, product condition, and stage of service. Non-refundable purchasing, payment, domestic shipping, inspection, storage, customs, and transport costs may be deducted. Damage, shortage, or loss must be reported promptly with the order code, photos, packaging, and supporting evidence.
10. Acceptance
By submitting a procurement or shipping request, the customer confirms that the supplied information is accurate and accepts the current version of these terms. SINO may update these terms for future requests. Contact SINO before submitting if any provision is unclear.
